HAPPY BIRTHDAY I HEART FACES ~ WEEK 1 ~

Can you believe it has already been a year??? Time flies when you are having fun!! A BIG thanks to Angie and Amy over at I Heart Faces for creating this photography blog!!! The funnest ( I know this is not a "real" word but I like it) part is anyone can join in, like me for example.... just learning (and learning quite a bit just by playing along and having fun at the same time). Anywhoo, these are my entries;

This first one was on New Years Eve, we were playing Pictionary Man, or we were about to when....hmmmm.... What a cool pic this would make??? So I took a few pictures and you can even see my precious nephew's sweet face in the background.

#2 My youngest daughter wanted to do "Cheers" with her Champagne (Sparkling Cider for the kiddos), so I set the timer and this is what we got (no time for re~dos when a toddler...excuse me a "BIG" girl is involved...lol)

#3 My youngest Nephew (I know he is a gorgeous doll) Don't you just "heart" his face?? This was when we about froze at the Apple festival. He is ohhh so photogenic!! LOVE taking pics of him!!

#4 The driver let me take this while we were waiting for others to get on the bus, to take us back to our cars It had started to sprinkle a little and it was cold enough already....brrrrr

#5 Awwwww look the cutest sweetest poodle ever!! JJ is his name and he is completely rotten, he was tired and trying to nap after opening all his presents from Santa (that was one of them he is using as his pillow (Christmas tree). I wonder what he was thinking???? Pleeease take the picture and let me have one of my many naps??? If this doesn't just scream I HEART FACES!! I don't know what will......

Like I said earlier I am new to photography and especially to Photo shop so any clues, hints you can give me would be much loved!!
