SMALL TALK SIX ~ AT THE BEACH ~

Today’s topic is “6 things you love or hate about the ocean.” You can answer this with a list of 6 words, 6 phrases, 6 sentences, 6 paragraphs, 6 photos, 6 videos, etc . . .

I have always LOVED going to the beach!! I do have to say when we lived in the Philippines (when I was in elementary) We would go to a place called Grandy Island......LOVED IT!! WONDERFUL memories!! There were many humongous seashells .....I mean tons of them every where....so the first time we went to the beach here in the States I was a little disappointed, not with the beach so much I really loved the white sand...there were just NO shells??? I guess I better quit rambling and give my six;

1. Love the white sand and the crystal blue water!!!

2. Do NOT like jellyfish! I am just scared of them I got stung by a tentacle (a piece of one that was in seaweed) and that hurt sooo bad!!

3. DOLPHINS......they are just sooo cute!! Love seeing them early in the morning jumping through the water. I actually would LOVE to go to Discovery Cove and swim with them!!

4. Walking barefoot on the beach anytime of the year.....especially at sunset!


5. SEASHELLS.....these were actually from the Philippines....can't find them on the beaches here, well except for in a souvenir shop....

6. This picture says it all: SHARKS AND THEIR RELATIVES......Just too scary!! That is why I only go as deep as ummmm..... maybe my knees....
