I can not believe it has been almost 2 months since the last NOT ME MONDAY post.....and I am sooo happy not only because MckMamma is back but Stellan is home!!! With that being said......Welcome to Not Me! Monday! This blog carnival was created by MckMama. You can head over to her blog to read what she and everyone else have not been doing this week.
This is actually a great week to start back, since nothing crazy has been going on in our family lately.....We had a Birthday party for our youngest this past weekend.....I did NOT have to bust my tail trying to clean house by Saturday......I did NOT get all stressed out that I had sooo much to do that I did NOT almost forget to pickup my 9 year old from her dress rehearsal. I am soo glad I had everything set up for the party since I did NOT get back home until 15 minutes before everyone was to arrive.....NOT me!! I would NOT push time like that!!! OH and my wonderful, caring, thoughtful Husband did NOT come home with a baby goat as a birthday present for our now 3 year old.... I was reading about goats as pets (after the fact) and found out goats have to have companions....soooo we did NOT go out and buy yet ANOTHER goat. The goats also need to be neutered.... or they can stink....like really really bad during "season"....could he not have bought a girl one????? I am NOT a little upset with him right now, because I could have bought another sweet adorable tiny Teacup Poodle for what we have NOT paid for these dang goats! Oh!! and since I am talking about farm animals......I thought I saw something rather large on the side of the road on our way home .... I did NOT ask my Hubby to turn around to see what it was that I thought I saw near the side of the road.....I did NOT call 911 to tell them that a large calf somehow got out of his fence.....They would think I was absolutely crazy if I would have done that.... and even crazier when I did NOT tell them that it was not actually an emergency but could be one in the near future if someone was to hit the large calf.....I did NOT argue with the 911 operator about the road where the calf was located.....I knew I was right because that road is the same one I live on....helllooo.....It sure made me feel safe to know that if we ever had an emergency (Heaven forbid) that this is who would be responsible for getting us help....would they even get here??? I also did NOT make my Hubby sit there and babysit until law enforcement came to take over "calf watch"....When the officer arrived he said they were trying to get in contact with the owner.... I did NOT want to stay to make sure all was safe and well, and my Hubby did NOT say the officer can handle it from here and drove home.
