We found a cabin right near the creek where the children could play....yes I went out of my "box" and played in the creek with them even though there was a very good chance that a snake was probably somewhere nearby... I tried really really hard NOT to think about it...I do have to say that I was kinda relieved when it was time to go, and with out incident...whew!
The cabin was nice, welllll.....up until I saw a spider in the bathroom on the last day. Not only did I see a yucky gross spider it was on my rag while I washed my face!!! ewwwww!!! It could have bit me???? ugh!! I was then ready to just go home!! I will NEVER use a rag or towel without making sure there is nothing on it! I have been scared for life! ugh! Still gives me the heebbie jeebbies!!!! Other than this we had a WONDERFUL time..
When we went into Helen we could not forget to stop by the Candy Kitchen.....The kids looked through the window and begged.....just kidding....they did look through the window and then we went in for candy and carmel apples, and they only use Granny Smith's mmmmm.....yummy!
